Repossessions

Repossession assignments commence upon receipt of written instructions only.

Schedule of fees for the repossession of chattels in the metropolitan area is as follows:

Office goods (fax, photocopier etc.)
$180

Motor vehicle, boat, caravan, motorcycle
$300

Upon repossession a condition report is completed and faxed to your office. hard copy report follows by post.

Repossession fee includes one (1) hour on site.

Towing fee will be charged direct to client by towing company.

Repossession instructions must include details of where the unit is to be stored, ie. Auctioneer, holding yard, etc.

Where possible, and dependent on the circumstances, the debtor is requested to sign a voluntary surrender agreement, this agreement is then provided with the hard copy report.
